We are extremely happy to receive new patient registrations from patients living within the practice boundaries, which lie between Barnstaple and Bideford Bridges, and approximately three miles inland from the coastline within this area.

Please contact reception and you will be given a registration form to complete together with a patient questionnaire to let us have details of your medical history and also any medication that you may be taking.  When this has been completed we will arrange a convenient appointment for your new patient medical.
