If you are on a regular medication you will be issued with a repeat prescription slip.  This can be handed into the surgery, Boots chemist at Fremington, Boots Roundswell or Sainsbury's pharmacy, and you re-order by ticking each item required on the right hand slip of your prescription and also indicating where you would like to pick up the prescription from.  You may fax your repeat prescription slip to us on 01271-321006.

Prescriptions will be available from the surgery within 48 hours (excluding weekends) but will take 72 hours if you wish to collect from the Chemist (excluding weekends).

Telephone requests for medications are not accepted as these may result in errors.

The doctor will carry out a regular review of your medication and you may be asked to see your doctor before a further supply of prescriptions are issued.
